Isabelle Dos Santos is an entrepreneur, a mother, a Doctoral candidate, and an educator born in the Ivory Coast.

KOMHEL By Belpery Boutique is the brand that she started in 2011 in memory of her beloved mother Mrs. Koffi Messou Hélène who passed away of pancreatic cancer in 2000. Her late mother (KOffi Messou HELène) who will always remain her hero and role model as a woman, a mother, a wife, and an entrepreneur, embodied humility, strength, courage, resiliency, and always carried herself with a lot of class and dignity.
At Belpery Boutique, all of our home decoration items and women accessories are hand-made in Africa, notably in Rwanda (East-Central Africa) and the Ivory Coast (West Africa) with unique African wood, stones, beads, etc. High quality and precision are our main priorities because our ultimate goal is to earn our customers’ trust and loyalty by always making them feel special.We bring a piece of Africa to you with our exquisite products.
